Brooks & Freund Reaches Construction Mid-Point on Shoppes at the Forest

FORT MYERS, Fla. (December 14, 2007) – Brooks & Freund has reached mid-point on the construction of Shoppes at the Forest, located at 16237 and 16234 S. Tamiami Trail in Fort Myers.

The project includes construction of a 12,984-square-foot building with Mediterranean architecture. The building will house six retail units, each offering 2,150 square feet.

Dennis Hirsch of Brooks & Freund is serving as project manager, and Rusty Martin is the job superintendent. The project developer is Shoppes at the Forest LLC, with Lloyd Mandel as managing member. Quattrone & Associates is providing engineering services. Architectural design services were provided by Sheeley Architects. Construction is expected to be complete in early 2008.
