Fort Myers’ newest luxury apartment community, Colonial Commons, is now leasing for summer occupancy.
Situated at the corner of Winkler and Colonial Boulevard, the community offers modern, Mediterranean influenced architecture with active, resort-style amenities in an unparalleled location.
Five floor plans including one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, ranging from 718 to 1,282 square feet, are available from $995 to $1,400 per month.
