Brooks & Freund Completes Construction of Wayne Wiles Carpet and Tile

FORT MYERS, Fla. (Oct. 3, 2007) – Brooks & Freund has completed construction of Wayne Wiles Carpet and Tile at 16831 Link Court in the Alico Industrial Park.

The two-story building encompasses an 11,169-square-foot carpet warehouse and 8,284 square feet of office space. The building incorporates tilt-wall construction, a steel interior frame and a metal roof system.

Dennis Hirsch of Brooks & Freund served as the project manager, and Isaac Sanchez was the job superintendent. Sheeley Architects provided architectural design services.
