Brooks & Freund Breaks Ground on Reliance Bank

FORT MYERS, Fla. (Jan. 23, 2007) – Brooks & Freund has begun construction on Reliance Bank at 14241 Metro Parkway in Fort Myers. The new building will serve as the bank’s corporate office and will be Reliance Bank’s second office in Lee County.

The 8,500-square-foot building features numerous offices, a second-floor boardroom, safety deposit vaults, lobby service area, drive-thru service lanes and an ATM.

Isaac Sanchez of Brooks & Freund is serving as project manager, and Garry Compton is serving as job superintendent. Construction is expected to be complete in May 2007.
