Brooks & Freund Breaks Ground on Sandpiper Center

BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. (Feb. 9, 2007) – Brooks & Freund has begun construction on Sandpiper Center at 3725 Bonita Beach Road in Bonita Springs.

The 23,166-square-foot metal building will serve as retail and office space for 14 tenants. Jason P. Tramonte has provided architectural design services.

Eric Brooks of Brooks & Freund is serving as project manager, and Rusty Martin is the job superintendent. Construction is expected to be complete in September 2007.
