Brooks & Freund Completes Construction of Bella Lago at Vivante

PUNTA GORDA, Fla. (April 12, 2007) – Brooks & Freund has completed construction of Bella Lago at Vivante, a new condominium waterfront community created by Stock Development and Bove Company, located at 2950 West Marion Ave. in Punta Gorda.

Located on Charlotte Harbor, Bella Lago, a 468,000-square-foot project includes construction of seven four-story buildings containing a total of 138 condominium homes with private individual single-car garages on the ground floor of each building. Floor plans in Bella Lago range from 1,595 to over 2,500 square feet under air. Each condominium is situated on a lake offering views of Charlotte Harbor. Additional features include elevators in every building, a brick paved driveway and lush landscaping. Bella Lago is one of three neighborhoods that make up Vivante.

Vivante at Punta Gorda offers two- and three-bedroom luxury condominiums priced from $500,000 to $1.3 million. Vivante’s 12,000-square-foot clubhouse includes six Har-Tru tennis courts, a cabana, pro shop, fitness center, resort-style infinity edge pool, lap pool and club room with a bar.
