Brooks & Freund Reaches Construction Mid-Point on Concordia

CAPE CORAL, Fla. (April 19, 2007) – Brooks & Freund has reached mid-point on the construction of the Concordia condominiums located at 1751 Concordia Lake Circle in Cape Coral. The project includes construction of 34 condominium buildings surrounding a central lake. The Mediterranean-style condo buildings will house 10 units totaling 19,382 square feet per building. The units feature tile roofs, granite countertops, private oversized garages and high-volume ceilings. Brooks & Freund is also constructing the 6,400-square-foot clubhouse, which includes a large vanishing edge pool, oversized lanai and fitness center.

Dennis Hirsch of Brooks & Freund is serving as project manager, and Jim Nichols is the job superintendent. Humphreys and Partners provided architectural design services.
