Brooks & Freund Completes Construction of Water Gardens

PUNTA GORDA, Fla. (April 3, 2007) – Brooks & Freund has completed the construction of Water Gardens, a new condominium community located at 1349 Aqui Esta Drive in Punta Gorda.

The project includes a 46,000-square-foot building, with 18 condominium units and a 30-car enclosed parking garage. The condominiums range from 1,818 to 1,867 square feet under air.

Brooks & Freund also built the community’s large pool and deck with gazebo, offering direct access to Charlotte Harbor.

James DeMetro and Jack Jamme of Brooks & Freund served as project managers, and Scott Henderson served as job superintendent. David A Titsch of Titsch & Associates provided architectural design services.
