Brooks & Freund Begins Construction on
Ole at Lely

NAPLES, Fla. (April 9, 2007) – Brooks & Freund has begun construction on Ole at Lely, a new condominium community located off of Celeste Drive in Naples.

The project includes the construction of 24 buildings. The buildings will consist of five-and 10-unit condominiums ranging in size from 1,600 square feet to 2,800 square feet.

Jack Fichter of Brooks & Freund is serving as project manager, and Tom Payne and Jeremy Johnson are serving as job superintendents. Construction is expected to be complete in November 2007.
