Brooks & Freund Completes Construction of Costa Bella

PUNTA GORDA, Fla. (May 3, 2007) – Brooks & Freund has completed construction of Costa Bella, a new waterfront community located at 3340 Woodthrush Drive.

The project includes a three-building complex with nine units per building situated on a peninsula with direct access to Charlotte Harbor. Each building features enclosed first-floor parking and two floors of multi-family units ranging from 1,919 to 2,366 square feet. Every unit includes a large lanai overlooking oversized, intersecting canals. Brooks & Freund also built Costa Bella’s community building, pool and spa.

Jack Jamme, Jim Grubb, and James DeMetro of Brooks & Freund served as project managers, and Mark Flowers and James DeMetro served as job superintendent. Andrys Architects provided architectural design services.
