Brooks & Freund Breaks Ground on Coconut Point Retail Center

ESTERO, Fla. (July 13, 2007) – Brooks & Freund has begun construction on new retail space at the Coconut Point Retail Center, located at 8350 Hospital Drive, near the new Coconut Point mall.

The 25,000-square-foot two-story building will serve as retail space for nine tenants, with spaces ranging from 1,600 to 9,078 square feet. Prospective tenants include a Mexican restaurant, a golf shop, a cell phone company and a jewelry store.

Eric Brooks of Brooks & Freund is serving as project manager, and Tom Karr is the job superintendent. Art Concepts Inc. provided architectural design services. Construction is expected to be complete in January 2008.
