Brooks & Freund Completes Construction of Reliance Bank

FORT MYERS, Fla. (July 16, 2007) – Brooks & Freund has completed construction of Reliance Bank, located at 14241 Metro Parkway in Fort Myers. The new building serves as the bank’s corporate headquarters and is the company’s second office in Lee County.

The 8,500-square-foot building features offices, a second-floor boardroom, safety deposit vaults, a lobby service area, drive-thru service lanes and an ATM.

Isaac Sanchez of Brooks & Freund served as project manager, and Garry Compton served as job superintendent.
