Brooks & Freund Completes Construction of Outlook Cove

PUNTA GORDA, Fla. (July 26, 2007) – Brooks & Freund has completed construction of Outlook Cove, a new condominium community located at 1340 Rock Dove in Punta Gorda.

The project includes a 48,000-square-foot, four-story building with a total of 15 units over a parking garage, plus a pool and fountains. The condominium units range from 1,800 to 1,840 square feet under air. Outlook Cove provides direct access to the Gulf and features ample dock space.

Jack Jamme of Brooks & Freund served as project manager, and Scott Henderson served as job superintendent. RDL Architects, Inc. provided architectural design services.
