Brooks & Freund Completes Construction of ASAP Self Storage

FORT MYERS, Fla. (July 3, 2007) – Brooks & Freund has completed the construction of ASAP Self Storage located at 13701 Indian Paint Lane in Fort Myers. The storage facility encompasses 467 total units and 75,000 square feet.

The project included the construction of three single-story buildings and one two-story climate-controlled building. The two-story climate controlled building includes 1,400 square feet of office space and a 1,400-square-foot caretaker apartment. Storage units range in size from 20 to 435 square feet.

Isaac Sanchez of Brooks & Freund served as project manager, and Tom Karr served as job superintendent. Patrick M. Pillot provided architectural design services.
