Brooks & Freund Completes Sandpiper Center Construction

BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. (Aug. 20, 2007) – Brooks & Freund has completed construction of Sandpiper Center at 3725 Bonita Beach Road.

The 23,166-square-foot building provides retail and office space for 14 tenants. Individual suites range from 1,586 to 1,808 square feet.

Eric Brooks of Brooks & Freund was the project manager, and Rusty Martin was the job superintendent. Jason P. Tramonte provided architectural design services.
