Summerlin Ridge

Sitework includes clearing 28.77 acres of heavily wooded land and filling the complete site approximately 5’ in Fort Myers. Other work includes digging three lakes, installing water, sewer and underground utilities for a 240 unit apartment complex, a 19,000 square foot Aldi grocery store and three future retail sites containing approximately six acres. Additionally, construction of two interior streets and two turn lanes – one on Summerlin Road and one on Pine Ridge Road.
