Sunrise Park

New construction and site development of an affordable housing complex for the Lake Wales Housing Authority. Project consists of eleven two-story CBS-construction multifamily buildings. Phase I includes 72 units. The community features a business center, leasing office/ clubhouse, fitness center, playground, covered barbeque and picnic pavilion. Apartment amenities include ceramic tile floors, ceiling fans, gourmet kitchen, cherry wood cabinets, and a pantry.
