New construction of a senior living community in Naples. The 204,985 square foot project consists of (2) 3-story wood framed apartment buildings over concrete podium/parking garages and a clubhouse. The apartment buildings offer 163 units with 16 different floor plans. The clubhouse is located between the two residential buildings and includes a restaurant, beauty salon, recreation and fitness facility, pool, and more.
