New construction of a state-of-the-art community specially designed for those with memory impairments, such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and other dementias. This project consists of 80 units with 88 total beds spanning over 55,395 square feet. The latest technology was used to create the most independent experience possible. Some features include electronic keys to ensure residents are in the right room, bracelets & lanyards with emergency alerts and resident location monitoring, first Alert Medical Systems – call for help with just the push of a button and sensors alert staff if a resident gets out of bed or leaves a room.
