New construction of (1) five-story apartment building with 88 unit consisting of one, two, or three bedrooms and renovation of (1) existing house totaling 82,866 square feet in Tallahassee. The complex includes a clubhouse/management office with cyber lounge, playground, outdoor covered picnic area, commercial bays for two “live/work lofts” and “under-the-building parking” in the first floor of the structure, as well as, other amenities and site work.
