New construction of 550,000 square foot student housing facility in Estero. This project was constructed in 1 phase and it is category 5 hurricane rated. There are 14 buildings, each building has (12) 4 bedroom apartments with private bedroom/bathrooms and shared living room, kitchen, and laundry facilities. The clubhouse offers many amenities including large pool, volleyball court, fully equipped gym, spin room, game room, tanning bed, TV/community room, and computer/study areas.
